House Made Vegetable Lasagna
Ingredients: Eggs, Flour, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Butter, Milk, Mozzarella, Grana Padano, Seasonal Vegetables. 700g
How To Make It:
Bring up to room temperature before cooking - if you have time. Remove the plastic lid, and wrap it in tin foil. Pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cook for 30-35 mins. Use a knife to check the temperature of the inside - should be hot. Remove the tin foil and put back in the oven for 5-7 mins to get the top nice and crispy (if you're into that). If you have a corresponding sauce, warm it through and put it on a plate, then place your lasagna portions on top. Enjoy!
